Conventional medications usually consist of synthetic medicines which can cause various side effects and are often expensive. Herbal medications cost less and are much more gentle on the body. Robin's Review:
"Native American Herbalism" promises to enhance your health and wellbeing through the age-old healing practices and natural remedies of Indigenous communities. Unfortunately, History Brought Alive's attempt at bringing this knowledge to life falls flat. The content lacks depth and fails to deliver on its tantalizing premise. Nonetheless, the potential of learning about herbalism from ancestral traditions is certainly appealing.

I received a free review copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.
